Mill Hall Borough has “Opted-Out” to the Uniform Construction Code (UCC). This means Mill Hall Borough will NOT be responsible for issuing permits or performing inspections for construction projects within the Borough. Instead, property owners will select a third party agency for code compliance checks, permits, and inspections.  The Department of Labor & Industry oversees all commercial construction.
