MILL HALL COMMUNITY PARK

Mill Hall Borough is the home of a beautiful and spacious 12+ acre property named, “Mill Hall Community Park”. It’s the center of attention throughout the year for many local families and visitors of Clinton County. People of all ages enjoy the wide-open spaces available for play. The Park offers two large playgrounds, four pavilions that include electricity and charcoal grill, three baseball fields, basketball/tennis court, and soccer field. It will host a fully renovated ADA compliant restroom come spring 2026. The Park’s central location offers an array of activities for the entire community to take advantage of.

Rules:

  1. Park hours dawn to dusk
  2. Enter at your own risk
  3. No alcoholic beverages permitted 
  4. No foul or abusive language permitted
  5. No parking or driving on grass
  6. Use parking areas
  7. All pets must be on a leash & scooping is required
  8. No golfing
  9. No metal detecting
  10. No overnight parking or camping
  11. No fireworks in park
  12. A pavilion rental form is required to reserve for the day (link below)
  13. Pavilions that are reserved will be marked and may not be used by the public

It is with profound sadness that the Mill Hall Borough Council must inform the public that the Mill Hall Community Pool Restoration Project will not proceed.

Following two rounds of bidding, the proposals received were significantly above our expectations. An extra $1.2 million is required to finalize the project.

Council, alongside the Dolphins (Tom Bossert, Lenny Long, Bob Dwyer) worked hard to secure Federal, State, and local grants to help off-set the cost of the pool restoration. In addition, many private donations of support were given to help the cause. The community rallied in our time of need. Unfortunately, it simply wasn’t enough.

Mill Hall Borough Council would like to thank all those who worked with us to try and make this project a success…legislators, donors, grantors, volunteers, and especially the Dolphins…we could not have gotten this far with your help.
