Sewer bills not paid within 30 calendar days of the bill date shall accrue a penalty of 10% of the balance due.  The Borough shall have the right to terminate sewage collection service to the delinquent premises until the bill, plus interest and penalty, plus the costs of terminating and restoring service, shall be paid in full. The Borough shall also have the right to request that water service to the premises be terminated until such time as the aforementioned payment has been received.
