NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council for Mill Hall Borough, Clinton County, Pennsylvania will consider at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the 24th day of March 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Mill Hall Borough Building, 215 Beech Creek Avenue, Mill Hall, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, 17751 adoption of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 21, Part 4, With Respect to Snow and Ice Removal of The Code of Ordinances of Mill Hall Borough Section 404 Related to Penalties, the following of which is a summary:
AN ORDINANCE OF MILL HALL BOROUGH, CLINTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA AMENDING CHAPTER 21, PART 4 WITH RESPECT TO SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF MILL HALL BOROUGH SECTION 404 RELATED TO PENALTIES.
SECTION 1 provides for increase of minimum penalty from Fifty ($50.00) Dollars to One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
SECTION 2 provides for savings clause.
SECTION 3 provides for repealer.
SECTION 4 provides for effective date.
