NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Mill Hall, Clinton County, Pennsylvania will consider at a regular meeting of the Council to be held on the 24th day of February, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Mill Hall Borough Building, 215 Beech Creek Avenue, Mill Hall, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, 17751 adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 1, Section 501 of the Mill Hall Borough Code of Ordinances with respect to the number of appointed members of the Borough Planning Commission, the following of which is a summary:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1 OF THE BOROUGH OF MILL HALL CODE OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THE BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION
Section 1: provides for the amendment of Chapter 1 Section 502 of the Code of Ordinances, reducing the number of Planning Commission members from seven (7) to five (5).
Section 2: provides for repealer.
Section 3: provides for severability.
Section 4: provides for the effective date.
The full text of the proposed Ordinance is available for review between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. at the Mill Hall Borough Building, 215 Beech Creek Avenue, Mill Hall, PA 17751, the Clinton County Law Library, between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. 230 East Water Street, Lock Haven, PA 17745, and between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and upon reasonable advance notice at the office of Coploff, Ryan & Houser, 146 East Water Street, Lock Haven, PA 17745, Monday through Friday.
