Mayor Bossert Receives Recognition

Mayor Thomas Bossert received a proclamation and plaque for his many years of service to Mill Hall Borough and Clinton County.

TO HONOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND DEDICATION OF MAYOR THOMAS H. BOSSERT

WHEREAS, Mayor Thomas H. Bossert has served the citizens of Mill Hall Borough with honor, integrity, and humility for 38 years, demonstrating a tireless commitment to the community where he has built his life; and 

WHEREAS, throughout his tenure, Mayor Thomas H. Bossert’s steady leadership has shaped our community in countless positive ways, championing initiatives that have significantly improved the quality of life for all residents; and 

WHEREAS, he has dedicated countless hours to ensuring our local government is responsive, overseeing critical decisions on topics ranging from public safety and infrastructure to economic development and community welfare; and 

WHEREAS, his remarkable ability to foster mutual respect and collaboration, even when faced with diverse perspectives, has served as an inspiration to the Borough Council and the community at large, demonstrating the true essence of public service; 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mill Hall Borough Council does hereby extend its deepest gratitude and admiration to Mayor Thomas H. Bossert for his outstanding and selfless service; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this proclamation be spread upon the minutes of this meeting as a permanent record of the high esteem in which Mayor Thomas H. Bossert is held by this Council and the people of Mill Hall Borough.
