— NOTICE —
You are reminded of the Snow and Ice Removal Ordinance which states no person, firm, business or corporation owning or occupying any property within Mill Hall Borough shall permit any snow or ice fallen or formed upon any sidewalk or footpath of said property to remain for more than 24 hours. All possible steps, including the use of salt, sand or cinders shall be taken to make said sidewalk or footpath safe for public passage. Any person in violation of this ordinance is subject to pay a fine of not less than $ 50.00.
